We hope that you love your piece as much as the designer who created it. In the event that you feel it is not what you were looking for however, you may return it to us based on our return policy below:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You need to contact us to authorise your return by emailing email@example.com
- The item must be returned unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
- Any dust bags, jewelry boxes, cleaning cloths, care instructions and other branded material must be returned along with the piece(s)
- Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.
- Sale items described as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be refunded.
- Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges if any will not be refunded.
- Once we’ve received your parcel and reviewed the piece(s), credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 banking days.
- Duties and taxes on international orders if any, will not be returned or refunded.
How To Return Your Order
- Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request and authorize a return, and receive return instructions.
- Make sure your items are securely packed in the original packing materials they were delivered in.
- You will receive an email when your return has been processed within 5 banking days.
