Shipping & Billing
- All pricing worldwide is in USD. Orders may be subject to Sales Tax based on the shipping address.
- Seek the Shore has absolute discretion to change the price of items without notice.
- Incomplete transactions, either intentional or unintentional, will be cancelled.
- Orders are dispatched within two business days unless a pre-order time frame has been mentioned in the product description.
- Orders must be sent to a physical address, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are shipped either via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail if ‘free shipping’ is chosen as the shipping option.
- You may manually choose another shipping option should you wish to do so.
- We regret that we cannot process, next day and express deliveries at this stage. However, do send us an email should you need an item urgently and we will try to work out a solution for you.
- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with UPS/ USPS. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
- Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Once it is received and dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
- If the piece is a pre-order, it will ship automatically when it is in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day it is dispatched.
- Parcels are processed and shipped during the workweek i.e. Monday to Friday.
